Day 01 : Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Morning tour of Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Afternoon visit Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch ), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings & Connaught Place shopping centre. Day 02 : Agra
Morning tour of Agra. Visit the famous Taj Mahal built by Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Afternoon at leisure. Drive to Delhi. Overnight Delhi.

The fabled city of Agra is a dream from the medieval ages. Once the stronghold of the Mughal empire it has a rich heritage and an enchanting legacy.

The Mughal love for aesthetics, art and architecture has endowed this city with some of the most exquisite structures in the world. The Taj Mahal, a mystical creation of white marble took about 20,000 skilled artisans and 22 years to build. The Agra Fort, an intricate structure of imposing proportions offers the most enchanting views of the Taj from its many latticed windows and hanging balconies.

0630 to 1245 hours
On the drive to Agra view the unfolding landscape of the Indian country side. Reach the Taj and witness the majestic vista often referred to as the eighth wonder of the world. An artistic fusion of architectural styles it truly is a dream in white.

1300 to 1400 hours
Proceed to Hotel Trident and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch.

1400 to 1500 hours
Post lunch visit the Agra Fort. Built in red sandstone, this intricate maze of palaces, period rooms and gardens will enchant you. See the gilded cage in the palace within, in which Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb. The prison was a room with a view, it offers a beautiful panorama of the chimerical Taj Mahal across the river Jamuna, the emperor died here dreaming of his lost wife and looking out at her memories enshrined at the Taj.

1500 to 1530 hours
Visit a marble factory to decode the intricate technique of inlaying precious stones into marble. 1600 to 1630 hours
Finally before driving back to Delhi, a brief stop over at Sikandra, the garden tomb of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Reach Delhi around 2130 hours, with a tea break midway.

3 Nights Delhi Agra Jaipur

Day 01 Arrival Delhi
Reach the hotel. Half day of touring the city, see the Qutab Minar/ India Gate President House/Laxmi Narayan Temple/ Jama Masjid/ Rajghat/ Red Fort etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 Delhi/Agra
Drive to Agra. The distance of 200 kms is covered in 4 hrs and brings you to the fabled city of the Taj Mahal. En route a brief stop over at Sikandra. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Spend half the day touring the city, visit the Taj Mahal, an ode to love like none other, built by the grief stricken Emperor Shah Jahan for the queen he lost. Next see the impressive Agra Fort and visit the Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb built by the Empress Noor Jahan. The evening is free for personal activities. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 03 Agra / Jaipur
A morning drive of about 37 km will bring you to Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted city of Emperor Akbar. After a brief halt drive towards Jaipur, covering the distance of 200 kms in 4 hrs. On arrival check in at the hotel. Half a day of sightseeing here includes a visit to the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Albert Hall Museum, Ram Niwas Garden and a drive past the Hawa Mahal. Enjoy a free evening and stay overnight at the hotel. Day 04 Jaipur / Delhi
Visit the Amer Fort in the morning, grand and imposing, the fort offered protection to the city below. In the afternoon drive back to Delhi (265 kms / 5 hrs). Drop off at the airport for your flight to the next destination.
